Custom Order Quote Request Form 2023
Thank you for requesting a custom cookie quote with Flour Girls! We are an in-home bakery in Tomball, TX. We are not able to ship cookies due to Texas Cottage Food Laws. Now accepting request through April.
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING
Pricing- Cookies start at $48/dz and go up from there based on design request, flavor, and packaging.
Sizing- Regular Size cookies range in size from 3.5"-4". Minis are approx. 2"
When filling out this form, please be as specific as possible so I can give you an accurate quote. Completing this form does not guarantee availability. Once it is completed and submitted, I will review your request and will email you within 48 hours. If I am available, I will send a quote, and if I am unavailable, I will email you letting you know what I do have available to see if you have any flexibility. You will need to review the quote and let me know if any changes need to be made. Once the quote is ready to be accepted, you will accept it through the email in which the quote was sent. An invoice will be generated in a separate email, where payment can be made via PayPal, Apple Pay or Credit Card. Payment must be made in full to hold your spot. Due to my limited availability, I can only hold your quote for 48 hours. Once payment has been received, I will place you on my calendar.
50% refund will be issued if you cancel within 7 days of pickup.
Allergy Information- Our cut-out cookies contain eggs, dairy, and wheat. They are made nut-free but processed in a kitchen that may come in contact with nuts. Great care is taken to prevent cross-contamination, but Flour Girls is not liable for any issues pertaining to food allergies.
Pick-Up Information-
Tomball location (12006 Emery Oaks Ln) Thursday evening from 6:30-8pm, Friday morning from 7-9am, or Friday Evening from 6:30-8pm
Fall Creek location (Big City Wings -Fall Creek on Beltway 8) Friday 6:30pm
Valley Ranch location (Kroger Gas Station 99/59) Saturday 9am
Please plan accordingly. All cookies come individually wrapped for freshness.
Availability- I will only be accepting a limited number of orders per week. Two weeks' notice is ideal for a custom order, but submit your request the earlier the better, as my calendar is normally filling up a couple months out. Depending on my availability, I may be able to accommodate your request with a 25% rush fee if it is less than one week's notice.
Up to 3 pictures can be uploaded for inspiration. Please know there will be an additional charge for intricate detail, florals, metallic, airbrush, and characters.
